P2COS Enters Microsoft Store Certification: An Important Step Toward Release

Microsoft Partner Center showing P2COS Prospect2Client OS in certification, with submission and pre-processing completed and publishing pending

P2COS — Prospect2Client OS has reached an important release milestone: our Windows application has completed submission and pre-processing and is now undergoing Microsoft Store certification.

As of October 10, 2026, the status shown in Microsoft Partner Center confirms that the application is in the certification stage. This is meaningful progress toward wider distribution of P2COS through the Microsoft Store, although certification has not yet been approved and the application has not yet been published through that channel.

Official P2COS submission status in Microsoft Partner Center, October 10, 2026. Certification is in progress; approval and publication remain pending.

Our Microsoft Store submission: where things stand

The Microsoft Partner Center submission dashboard currently shows the following stages:

  • Submission — Complete. The P2COS product submission was received.
  • Pre-processing — Complete. The submission moved through initial processing.
  • Certification — In progress. Microsoft is currently reviewing the application.
  • Publishing — Pending. The Store publication stage has not started.

Microsoft’s certification process checks submitted applications against applicable technical, security, and Store policy requirements. Partner Center notes that the process generally takes a few hours but may take up to three business days in some cases. The actual outcome and timing remain subject to Microsoft’s review.

Our submission is configured to begin publishing once certification is passed. We will share an official Microsoft Store link only after the listing is live.

Why this milestone matters

P2COS was created around a simple objective: make the journey from prospect to client clearer and more manageable. For independent professionals and smaller businesses, finding new opportunities often involves scattered research tabs, spreadsheets, email threads, reminders, and disconnected sales tools.

Prospect2Client OS is being developed as a connected, local-first Windows workspace to bring those activities closer together. Rather than treating prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, and client relationships as separate tasks, P2COS aims to support a consistent workflow from discovery to conversion.

A connected workspace for client acquisition

The P2COS platform is designed to support the essential stages of business development:

  • Prospect discovery and research: find potential opportunities and keep useful business context in one place.
  • Qualification and lead management: assess prospect fit, maintain records, and prioritize next steps.
  • Outreach and follow-ups: organize communication, retain relationship history, and plan timely follow-up actions.
  • Pipeline and CRM: track opportunities as they move from new prospect through contact, qualification, and client conversion.
  • Command Center: bring activity, priorities, and pipeline information into a more focused Windows workspace.

The core application follows a local-first approach. Optional local AI assistance is available as part of the broader product direction, but the main prospect-to-client workflow is designed to remain useful without a paid cloud AI subscription.

What happens after certification?

There are two possible next steps. If the submission passes Microsoft’s review, publication can proceed according to the release settings. If changes are required, we will review the feedback, make any necessary updates, and continue through the appropriate submission process.

We are not announcing a confirmed Microsoft Store release date today. We will publish another official update when certification is complete and the Store listing is available.

P2COS Early Access continues

The Microsoft Store certification is a new distribution milestone, separate from the Windows Early Access program already presented on the P2COS website. Visitors can continue to explore the product, review current access information, and see the Windows interface while certification is underway.

For accurate information, visit the P2COS release status page, explore the product overview, or view the Windows product tour. Creating an account does not by itself guarantee a Windows software license or download entitlement.

Thank you for following the P2COS journey

Building useful software requires careful development, testing, refinement, and a commitment to the people it is intended to serve. This certification milestone is one step in that ongoing work.

We appreciate everyone who has followed our progress and shown interest in P2COS. Our focus remains on creating a practical platform that helps freelancers, consultants, agencies, and small businesses discover opportunities, manage relationships, and move with clarity from prospect to client.

We’ll share the next official update as soon as we have a confirmed certification outcome.
