Rewards should be clear from the start.

1. Eligibility and account identity

Rewards participation will use your existing P2COS account. Accounts must meet published eligibility requirements, including confirmed email verification. Creating an account alone does not earn referral points or grant software access.

2. Referral attribution

A participating member’s personal referral link is expected to open the existing signup page. A limited 30-day first-touch referral cookie may be used to remember attribution. Each eligible new account may be credited to only one referring member. No individual referral landing pages are required.

3. Points calculation

One eligible, completed, verified referral is planned to earn the referrer 10 points. Clicks, unverifiable registrations, self-referrals, duplicate or otherwise ineligible accounts earn zero. High-volume or suspicious referrals may be held for manual review. No rewards are earned before the announced program launch unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

4. Balance, goals and repeat claims

Eligible users will be able to choose a target reward, view available points and activity, and claim an eligible reward as many times as they can fund it. Each approved claim requires a separate points deduction and must be recorded. Selection of a reward goal does not reserve stock, points, or entitlement.

5. Rewards and fulfillment

Reward availability will be controlled by P2COS and listed in the rewards catalog. Digital resource delivery, checkout offers, software licenses and gifts may require manual processing and additional eligibility checks. Discounts may not be combinable with other offers. Fulfillment confirmation will not be issued until the actual benefit has been delivered.

6. Lifetime Key Access — reward #11

The proposed cost is 30,000 points (3,000 verified referrals) for one eligible, single-use non-Founder lifetime P2COS software access entitlement. This does not provide Founder status, Founder program benefits, Founding 500 inventory rights, or any privileges associated exclusively with a Founder purchase. Gift recipients must meet account and license requirements.

7. Custom Reward Request — reward #12

The proposed cost is 50,000 points (5,000 verified referrals) to submit an individually reviewed request. Submission is not a guarantee that P2COS can or will supply the requested result. Before submission, the member must acknowledge that if P2COS cannot fulfill the request, all 50,000 points will be refunded in full with no processing charge. Any request must be lawful, feasible, and within the team’s capabilities. Requests are subject to feasibility review before fulfillment.

8. Gifting and complimentary awards

Where available, a member may request eligible delivery to someone else. Gifts do not bypass the recipient’s account or entitlement requirements. P2COS administrators may issue authorized complimentary point adjustments or benefits, with records kept in the same rewards ledger.

9. Refunds, correction and disputes

P2COS may reverse invalid or fraudulent awards. Unfulfilled standard reward claims may be refunded in full through administrator review. Declined or unfulfillable custom requests receive a full refund of the 50,000 points deducted for the request. No processing fee is retained. Once a software entitlement has been issued, any cancellation or revocation must be coordinated with the P2COS licensing system. For a concern or correction, contact P2COS Support.

10. No cash or financial transfer

Points are promotional program units only. They are not money, cryptocurrency, an investment, transferable stored value, or redeemable for a cash payment.

11. Separate affiliate program

P2COS Rewards will be separate from the P2COS affiliate program, which follows its own transaction, commission and payout terms. Reward stacking for the same introduction is not guaranteed unless expressly authorized.

12. Privacy and program changes

P2COS will need referral attribution and reward transaction records to operate this program, and may collect a recipient email when a gift is requested. These are not for sale. The applicable privacy notice and final program rules must be published before activation. Material eligibility, rewards, or policy changes should be announced transparently.
